Terms of Service

1. What we do

PageForge designs and builds professional websites for tradespeople. We handle the design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance of your site.

2. The service

• We build your website based on the information you provide
• Your site is hosted on our infrastructure with SSL security included
• Monthly plans include hosting, security updates, and the number of content updates specified in your plan
• Your site stays live for as long as your subscription is active

3. Payment

• Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time you sign up
• Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• We'll give you at least 30 days notice of any price changes
• If payment fails, we'll contact you before taking any action on your site

4. Your content

• You own your business content — text, photos, and logos you provide
• You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you give us
• We may use your completed site as a portfolio example unless you ask us not to

5. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice
• After cancellation, your site will be taken offline at the end of your billing period
• We can provide an export of your content on request

6. What we don't guarantee

We build great websites, but we can't guarantee specific business results like a certain number of phone calls or leads. We aim for 99.9% uptime but brief maintenance windows may occur.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before any claim. We're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or on the website.
